Shipping

I ship all orders using Australia Post Pre-Paid satchels, which include tracking details. Delivery to your shipping address usually occurs within 3-7 working days from the dispatch date. Once your order has been sent you will receive an email with your postage tracking details. 

I do not offer international shipping through my website. For international orders, please contact me for a postage quote.

Returns

All Danielle Kathleen pieces are carefully quality-controlled before leaving my studio, and packaged securely to avoid damage. If a piece is damaged during shipping I will provide a replacement or refund for the purchase price of the item once it is returned. If this has happened please contact me immediately at danielle.kathleen@live.com and include clear images of the damaged item. Damage that occurs after receipt of the item is the responsibility of the recipient.

I do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. I do not refund or replace items purchased through a stockist or gallery. Please contact the stockist directly for assistance.
