Anthracophyllum Earrings

These sterling silver earrings show two small schizophyllum, blackened and polished to a high shine. Schizophyllum is a type of fungi that grows in waves, like little shelves, from the sides of old trees and logs. Tree-growing fungi is one my favourites because it looks like it's part of a fairy city. 

This item is hand carved and cast. Each item comes with a gift box and polishing cloth.
